Whenever you step away from Loop - go for lunch, take a week off or just focus on a task for a few productive hours - you can now set your status to manage your coworkers’ and customers' expectations. Loop offers a few default choices, including 📆 in a meeting, 🤒out sick or 🌴 on vacation, and your Loop admin has the option to manage these defaults in the settings page (and set your status if you call in sick). You will also see a few important options available with every status. Select "out of office" if you wish to send your customers an out-of-office reply when they try to contact you via email. Enable "not available for assignments ". if you are not welcoming new assignments - the automation engine will stop assigning emails to you immediately. Your co-workers however will still be able to assign you an email but will be clearly notified about your wish. Of course, you can create your own custom status that says exactly what you want your team to know. How to start -> just click on your avatar - top right.
